The practice

Accountable engineers. AI agents on the bench.

Who does the work, how an engagement runs from consultation to handover, and what sits in the toolbox behind it.

The people accountable for your IT.

We combine architecture, DevOps and AI automation. We help startups, companies and investors move from a technical decision to a working solution.

  • Process automation, integrations and AI systems
  • Technical leadership: decisions, reviews and handover

The team

Six specialists at senior and architect level.

Our most experienced architect brings 30 years of experience in IT.

Accountability

AI agents support research, code and documentation. Engineers verify the results and answer for the deployment.

Where this work fits

Four situations the practice is set up for. Each one names what you are left holding at the end, so you can judge before a call whether it is the work you need.

  • You are building or growing a product

From a technical decision to a working deployment

Scope and success criteria are written down before any build starts. Each increment is handed over in a state you can run. At the end you keep the documentation, the runbooks and the access, in your own accounts.

    How a sprint is agreed
  • Manual steps are holding the business back

Integrations and automation, with AI where it earns its place

The process is mapped before anything is built. The automation runs in your systems, with logging and a defined failure path. A person stays responsible for what the agents produce.

    What automation covers
  • Cloud is expensive, fragile, or both

Cost, releases and recovery brought back under control

We work out what is actually driving the cost and the risk. Changes to releases and monitoring are made in the open. The restore path gets exercised rather than assumed.

    What cloud work covers
  • You need an outside technical read

A second opinion for an owner, a startup or an investor

Risks, dependencies and the decisions in front of you, written plainly enough to put in front of a board, including the option to say the work is not worth doing.

    Ask for a consultation

How the work runs

  1. Remote-first, written by default.

Written status, recorded demos, and decisions documented in the repository.

  2. Agents work to agreed limits, engineers decide.

AI agents research, draft and test. An engineer reviews the output and approves anything that reaches production.

  3. Shippable increments.

Working results are shown along the way, not as one handover at the end.

  4. Clean exit by design.

Tests green, deploys documented, handover complete. The client operates without CloudWarrior afterwards.

Questions about the practice

Who will I actually speak to?

Andrzej and Zosia run the initial qualification between 08:00 and 16:00, Europe/Warsaw, and hand the case to a technical consultant. Technical consultations with Patryk are held after 18:00, Europe/Warsaw.

Does sending the contact form reserve a time?

No. The contact step prepares an email, and sending it reserves nothing. The date of a technical consultation is agreed individually afterwards, by email.

How is progress reported when the work is remote?

Written status, recorded demos, and decisions documented in the repository. Working results are shown along the way rather than saved up for one handover at the end.

When is this practice not the right fit?

When there is nobody on the client side to decide, and when the terms the work needs cannot be agreed. The practice works remotely by default; anything else, such as time on site or a particular security regime, is discussed before either side commits. A consultation can end with a clear answer that this is not a fit.

George, on patrol

I am George, the founder's dog and the inspiration for our AI guardians. From its earliest work with generative AI, the team has built its own agents, pipelines and automations. They support analysis, code, tests and documentation. Engineers verify the results and take responsibility.

How the AI systems work

What do you want to build or improve?

Tell us your goal and what is getting in the way. Two or three sentences are enough to start.

Tell us about your challenge

  1. Prepare an email
  2. Finish sending in your email app

Where the reply goes.

A product name or link is useful too.

What do you want to achieve, what is in the way, and is there a deadline? No passwords, keys or customer data.

Who answers, and when

Status: Patryk is currently contracted on a project.

  • Andrzej and Zosia run the initial qualification, 08:00–16:00 Europe/Warsaw. They ask about the company, the project, the problem, the outcome you want, the deadline and the budget, then pass the case to an engineer.
  • Technical consultations with Patryk are held after 18:00, Europe/Warsaw.

The time is agreed by email, case by case.

We will match the topic to the right specialist and work out whether you need advice, a focused delivery engagement or support for your team.

How we start

  • Andrzej or Zosia gathers the context and helps arrange the next step.
  • A consultant with relevant expertise reviews the challenge. If we are not the right partner, we will say so.
  • Before work begins, you receive a proposed scope, cost and timeline.
