For creator businesses

Run the channel like a company. Keep the voice your own.

For established YouTube creators and creator teams whose inbox, research and production have outgrown spreadsheets. Engineers set up AI-assisted systems for the operational work, and creative decisions stay with the creator.

What the work covers

  1. Sponsor inquiry intake

Sponsorship emails and form submissions are collected in one place, checked for the details that matter, such as brand, dates, deliverables and any budget the sender states, and sorted for a person to decide. Accepting, declining and negotiating stay with a person unless you agree otherwise in writing.

  2. Research with source review

Agents collect sources for a video topic and prepare a brief that separates findings from assumptions and gives sources for the claims that matter. A researcher or the creator checks whether those sources support the claims before anything reaches a script, because a confident wrong fact costs more than no brief at all.

  3. Content workflow

Idea, script, recording, edit, review and publication tracked as one workflow across the tools the team already uses. Handoffs between editors, designers and the creator become visible, and reminders replace chasing people in chat.

  4. Asset handover and reporting

Files, versions and sponsor deliverables organised with consistent naming and storage. Regular reports pull numbers from the platforms the team already uses, so reporting to partners takes less manual assembly.

What stays with the creator

Systems take on the operational load. The voice of the channel, its relationships and its decisions do not move to a bot.

Voice and editorial decisions
Scripts, opinions and what gets published remain with the creator. By default agents prepare material rather than publish it; where publishing is in scope, the limits and the approval step are written down before it is switched on.
Sponsor decisions
Which brands to work with, rates and contracts are decided by people. The system only prepares the information.
Accounts and access
Platform accounts stay owned by the creator. Access for integrations is scoped, documented and removable at any time.
Handover
The team receives the documentation, the configuration and the automations built for it, plus whatever the third-party licences allow us to pass on, so the system keeps running without CloudWarrior.

Who this is for

Established channels and creator businesses with a team, regular sponsor interest and a production process worth protecting. The work suits creators who already run the channel as a company and have a budget for systems.

Work starts with the part of operations that currently takes the most time, usually the sponsor inbox or research preparation.

Not a fit

  • Channels just starting out, without a team or a sponsor flow
  • Posting, comments or engagement that imitates the creator or goes out without approval
  • Bought views, followers or any other growth shortcut
  • Content generated end to end without human editorial review

Questions about systems for creator businesses

Will anything be published in my name?

Only where you agree to it, under your rules and with permissions you grant. By default agents prepare material: sorted inquiries, briefs and first drafts, while scripts, opinions and what goes out stay with the creator. If publishing or replying is in scope, the wording, the limits and the approval step are written down before it is switched on.

How is a sponsor inquiry handled before it reaches me?

Emails and form submissions land in one place, are checked for the details that matter, such as brand, dates, deliverables and any budget the sender states, and are sorted for a person to decide. Accepting, declining and negotiating stay with a person unless you agree otherwise in writing.

How does research avoid a confident wrong fact?

The research brief separates findings from assumptions and includes sources for key factual claims. A researcher or the creator checks whether those sources support the claims before publication. Source links help review the work; they do not establish accuracy on their own.

What access do the integrations need to my channel?

Platform accounts stay yours. Integrations get access scoped to the task, described in writing, and it can be withdrawn at any time. At handover you get the configuration, the documentation and whatever the third-party licences allow us to pass on.

Request a consultation

Describe the problem, the outcome that matters and any deadline that is real. Two or three sentences are enough to start.

Request a consultation

  1. Prepare an email
  2. Finish sending in your email app

Where the reply goes.

Helps place the request in context.

The problem, the outcome you need and any real deadline. No passwords, keys or customer data.

Initial qualification 08:00–16:00, consultations with Patryk after 18:00, Europe/Warsaw. The date is agreed individually; sending this form does not book a consultation.

Answers are used to reply to this request and nothing else. No mailing list, no sequence. Privacy.

Scripts are off, so this form cannot hand the request on. The same three answers work as plain mail: address, company and what needs to change. Write to pat@cloudwarrior.io.

Or write straight to pat@cloudwarrior.io.

Who answers, and when

Status: Patryk Ciszewski is currently contracted on a project.

  • Andrzej and Zosia run the initial qualification, 08:00–16:00 Europe/Warsaw. They ask about the company, the project, the problem, the outcome you want, the deadline and the budget, then pass the case to an engineer.
  • Technical consultations with Patryk are held after 18:00, Europe/Warsaw.

The time is agreed by email, case by case.

A person reads every request and replies by email with a proposed next step, the questions still open, or a clear no.

What happens next

  • A person at CloudWarrior reads the request and checks whether the problem fits the practice.
  • The reply proposes a call, asks what is still unclear, or explains why the fit is wrong.
  • Andrzej and Zosia run the initial qualification 08:00–16:00, and consultations with Patryk are held after 18:00, Europe/Warsaw. The actual date is agreed individually.
  • Scope, success criteria, timeline and cost are agreed in writing before any work starts.
