How CloudWarrior works.

Engineers improve systems and automate work. AI agents support them within agreed limits. People remain accountable for the result.

The method in plain text

The film above tells the story in scenes. Here is the same method without scrolling: every engagement moves through four stages, and each stage ends with something the client can check.

AI agents speed up research, code and testing inside each stage. They never replace the decision that closes one.

Four stages

  1. Understand the problem.

A consultation establishes the goal, the current state, the constraints and the people who decide. It can end with a clear no when the fit is wrong.

  2. Agree the sprint in writing.

Scope, success criteria, dependencies, access, responsibilities, cost and the way changes are approved are written down before any build starts.

  3. Build with agents, under review.

Engineers direct AI agents for research, code, tests and documentation, review what they produce and show progress in increments.

  4. Verify and hand over.

The result is checked against the success criteria, deployed with approval and handed over with documentation, runbooks and the access agreed on your side.

Questions about the method

What happens in the first conversation?

The consultation establishes the goal, the current state, the constraints and who decides. It can end with a clear answer that this is not a good fit, which is cheaper for both sides than a scope written around a guess.

Where do AI agents stop in this method?

At the limits agreed for each process. They speed up research, code, tests and documentation, work inside the permissions they were given, and are evaluated against the task. An engineer reviews what they produce, and consequential steps go to a person for approval.

What can we check at the end of each stage?

Something real rather than a status word: the written scope with its success criteria, then working increments, then an approved change log, then a result verified against the criteria agreed at the start.

What does handover include?

Access on your side, the code and the configuration, documentation and runbooks, and a walkthrough. Third-party accounts and licences transfer only where the vendor allows it, and accounts already in your name stay where they are. The point of the method is that the team runs the system afterwards without us.

Request a consultation

Describe the problem, the outcome that matters and any deadline that is real. Two or three sentences are enough to start.

Request a consultation

  1. Prepare an email
  2. Finish sending in your email app

Where the reply goes.

Helps place the request in context.

The problem, the outcome you need and any real deadline. No passwords, keys or customer data.

Initial qualification 08:00–16:00, consultations with Patryk after 18:00, Europe/Warsaw. The date is agreed individually; sending this form does not book a consultation.

Answers are used to reply to this request and nothing else. No mailing list, no sequence. Privacy.

Scripts are off, so this form cannot hand the request on. The same three answers work as plain mail: address, company and what needs to change. Write to pat@cloudwarrior.io.

Or write straight to pat@cloudwarrior.io.

Who answers, and when

Status: Patryk Ciszewski is currently contracted on a project.

  • Andrzej and Zosia run the initial qualification, 08:00–16:00 Europe/Warsaw. They ask about the company, the project, the problem, the outcome you want, the deadline and the budget, then pass the case to an engineer.
  • Technical consultations with Patryk are held after 18:00, Europe/Warsaw.

The time is agreed by email, case by case.

A person reads every request and replies by email with a proposed next step, the questions still open, or a clear no.

What happens next

  • A person at CloudWarrior reads the request and checks whether the problem fits the practice.
  • The reply proposes a call, asks what is still unclear, or explains why the fit is wrong.
  • Andrzej and Zosia run the initial qualification 08:00–16:00, and consultations with Patryk are held after 18:00, Europe/Warsaw. The actual date is agreed individually.
  • Scope, success criteria, timeline and cost are agreed in writing before any work starts.
