3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

Payment is due as specified in the project agreement
Late payments may incur fees
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and materials created by CloudWarrior remain our property unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Client-provided materials remain the client's property.

5. Limitation of Liability

CloudWarrior shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
